To indemnify the Insured in respect of loss or damage arising from a breach of professional duty, made against the Insured due to any negligent act, error, or omission.
Coverage applies solely to the SPECIFIED PROJECT.

🔐 Dishonesty of Employees Extension Clause

It will be understood and agreed that the Insurer shall indemnify the Insured against all sums the Insured shall become legally liable to pay as a result of any claim or claims made during the Policy Period, arising from or contributed to by any:

Dishonest

Fraudulent

Criminal

Malicious act or omission

committed by any employee of the Insured.

📌 Note: The term “employee” shall not be deemed to include any director of the Insured.
