  • Communication regarding quotes, recommendations, and policy setup will occur outside of the website.

3. Engagement Fee & Broker Compensation

To begin our service, an engagement fee (also referred to as a "broker fee") is required. This covers:

> Assistance with policy setup and claims support

Fee Structure:

  • If a policy is secured, our fee is included in the final premium structure in compliance with the insurance brokerage regulatory standards.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. If insurers decline coverage due to risk appetite, or if you choose not to proceed with any of the quotes, your deposit will not be refunded.
  2. If it is deemed appropriate not to proceed with the search for coverage for your case, you will be notified by email, and a full refund will be issued.

5. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

> Read and understand all policy terms before accepting coverage.
> Make timely payments directly to the insurer as required.

Failure to disclose material facts may result in policy rejection, claim denial, or legal liability.
