COVERAGE

1) Fire, lightning, explosion, earthquake or smoke.
2) Storm or flood.
3) Oil escaping from a fixed storage tank or container.
4) Riot, strike, civil commotion, labor or political disturbance.
5) Malicious acts or vandalism.
6) Theft or attempted theft.
7) Impact involving vehicles or aircraft, or anything dropped from an aircraft.
8) Impact involving animals.
9) Falling trees or branches, aerials, satellite receiving equipment, their fitting or masts.

Excluding:

 a) The excess of €100
 b) Any amount in excess of €500 in any period of insurance.
 c) Loss or damage arising from the distortion, misfiling or malicious erasure of any computer software.
d) Loss or damage to software, audio and visual files which their license has expired and such software or files would have been inoperative.
e) Loss or damage to such software, audio or visual files for which you cannot provide us satisfactory proof of a legal purchase.

The policy is extended to include the below cover, provided you have purchased Section 1 - Building insurance.
Loss or damage to your solar panels or solar water heaters, which are directly exposed to the outside or are located in an outbuilding, caused by freezing of water.
Excluding:
a) The excess of €500
b) Any amount exceeding €1.000 for solar water heaters and solar panels in any period of insurance

The following excesses apply to your policy provided you have purchased the relevant section.

🔸 A. Earthquake / Σεισμός

Excess: 1.5% of the sum insured of each item.

Απαλλαγή: 1,5% του ασφαλισμένου ποσού κάθε αντικειμένου.

Applied to each and every loss after any Average condition and other policy terms apply.

Ισχύει για κάθε ζημία ξεχωριστά μετά την εφαρμογή όρων αναλογίας και λοιπών όρων του ασφαλιστηρίου.

🔸 B. Freeze & Escape of Water, Oil or LPG / Πάγος & Διαρροή Νερού, Πετρελαίου ή Υγραερίου

Excess: €500 per incident.

Απαλλαγή: €500 ανά συμβάν.

🔸 C. Subsidence, Heave or Landslip / Καθίζηση, Ανύψωση ή Κατολίσθηση

Excess: €4,000 per insured loss.

Απαλλαγή: €4.000 για κάθε ασφαλισμένη ζημία.

🔸 D. All Other Insured Losses / Όλες οι Άλλες Ασφαλισμένες Ζημίες

Excess: €100 per insured loss or damage.
