Any individual aged 25 years or over and under 70 years, who has a valid driving license for more than two years and is driving with the consent or on the instruction of the Policyholder.
Provided that the driver holds a driving license valid for the category of the insured vehicle or has previously held one and is not disqualified from holding or obtaining such a license.
The term “driving license” shall be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Law.
